We brew every batch at Rufa Cervesera de l'Empordà in Figueres, the only brewery in the county, with local ingredients and plenty of patience. No rushing, no shortcuts: just water, malt, hops, yeast and the time each beer needs to tell you where it comes from.
Because when things are done right — no t'enfadis, just enjoy them.
