Here we explain what personal data we collect on this website, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and why

Fair and market proposals

If you suggest a fair or market to us from the Where to find us page, we process your name, email address, phone number (if you give it to us), the name of the fair, the town and your message.

  • Purpose: to review the proposal and get in touch with you.
  • Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retention: while we handle the proposal and, at most, one year after the last contact if no agreement is reached.

Emails and messages

If you write to us by email or on Instagram, we process the data you send us in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the enquiry). We keep it for as long as the conversation lasts and the time needed to deal with it.

Age verification

Your confirmation that you are of legal age is stored only in your browser and no personal data reaches us. We explain this in our cookie policy.

3. Data of minors

This website is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we find that we have received any, we will delete it.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law (for example, with the tax authorities).

To run the website, we use service providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

  • Cloudflare (website hosting)
  • Supabase (database)
  • Google (email)

If any of these providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • access your data;
  • rectify it if it is inaccurate;
  • erase it;
  • object to its processing or request that processing be restricted;
  • receive the data you have provided to us (data portability).

Write to us at notenfadis@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to prove it. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you feel that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and only the owner has access to the data collected.

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the website or the regulations change. We will show this with the last-updated date at the top of the page.
